MANY UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA ALUMNAE, students, and supporters have chosen to hold their wedding ceremonies in the Chapel. The oil painting provides a unique backdrop for such events.

The following terms apply to reservations made for weddings:

  • Fee is $600
  • Refundable damage deposit is $150
  • Eight hours total to be divided as desired for the rehearsal and day of the ceremony

For your convenience, a photographic tour of the chapel is provided here. The tour may answer your logistical questions about the Chapel space and help you to plan your ceremony without needing to make a special trip to North Campus.

The small lobby restrooms may be used as dressing areas for members of the wedding party; there are no formal dressing rooms.


The processional typically takes this route behind the audience to get to the inclined center aisle.
